Description: The electronic version of the Course of Study Planner is a comprehensive way for students to plan their time at Virginia Tech. While planning courses is a central piece of this process, it is also crucial for students to begin thinking about their long-term goals, extra and co-curricular activities and other aspects of their college career. The Course of Study Planner will help to achieve this through a new electronic version, which is synchronized with students’ existing academic records provided through Hokie Spa. This session will review the components of this online tool and provide specific strategies for engaging students in the planning process.
