Description: **CANCELED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER** Effective instruction does not happen by accident, but rather through careful and insightful planning. This workshop will focus on creating "habits of mind" related to designing instruction; that is, developing a cognitive and behavioral framework for approaching the intelligent design of instruction. If you have concerns about your students learning, the appropriateness of your approach to the classroom, or are new to the realm of college teaching, this workshop/work session is for you. Please bring your course materials and questions to the workshop/work session so that we can address your particular needs and questions. |
